From the soft, feminine earth tones to the lush greenery draping from the pavilion arches, this wedding was a true reflection of who they are as a couple: warm, intentional, and joyfully in love.

A Beautiful Beginning

Nancy and Alan began their wedding day with a traditional Catholic church ceremony in Cincinnati, surrounded by loved ones. After exchanging vows, the celebration continued with a reception at Ault Park, one of the city’s most iconic outdoor venues. The transition from sacred to celebratory felt seamless, setting the stage for a day full of meaning and magic.

The reception design was rooted in a palette of blush, cream, soft terracotta, and muted neutrals, a perfect choice for a romantic garden wedding. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from the personalized Spanish tile seating chart to the elegant reception tables adorned with floral runners, candles, and soft textured linens.

Celebrating Culture & Tradition

What made this wedding especially memorable were the joy-filled nods to tradition. Nancy and Alan incorporated La Víbora de la Mar and El Baile del Mandilón, two spirited traditions that had everyone on their feet and laughing. A live Mariachi band and a surprise Chinelos performance added color, energy, and cultural depth to the evening. It was the kind of night where you could feel the love, not just between the couple, but radiating from their entire community.

And yes, there was a taco truck for late-night bites. Because no perfect wedding is complete without tacos under the stars.

The Design Details

The vision for the day was all about refined romance with a touch of whimsy. Long wooden tables were layered with flowing runners, gold flatware, and crystal glassware. Soft candlelight and curated floral arrangements by Flowers by Brandi brought everything together in a way that felt effortless and elevated.

The reception space, planned by our team and executed in partnership with Delightmore Events, Premier Park Events and All Occasions Event Rentals, felt like an intimate garden party tucked inside an architectural gem. And the tile escort display? A statement piece guests couldn’t stop talking about.
