I believe every couple deserves a wedding that’s 100% them. Based in Cincinnati, I’ve built connections with the best vendors from Columbus to Northern Kentucky and everywhere in between. My planning style is detailed, fun, and totally focused on making sure your big day is as joyful and stress-free as possible. I’m all about creating a day that feels so you because this is one of the most special days in your lifetime. And when I’m not busy planning the details for my couples, you’ll find me hanging out with my fam!
Q: How many hours of coverage do you offer?
A; We offer unlimited coverage on event days. We will be the first vendor to arrive (except for hair and makeup) and the last vendor to leave at the end of the evening. On average, we spend around 12 hours onsite on event days.
Q: I'm looking for more of a Day of Coordinator. Do you offer that?
A: We call this package Wedding Management, and we start this service 6-8 weeks out from your wedding date! We offer unlimited communication via phone or email so you can contact your planner throughout your planning for advice, questions, or just to vent!
Q: Are you insured to work at my venue?
A: Yes! We carry $1 million in general liability insurance which covers us to work in any venues.
Q: My venue requires a coordinator, but I’m not sure how much help I actually need.
A; The number one feedback we get is how much stress we took off the couple on their big day and we cannot wait to do that for you as well.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes, we offer payment plans on all of our packages. Our typical payment structure is 2 to 3 payments, the first one due at booking to secure your date and the last one due 30 days before your event, but if you need more just ask!
Q: Do you travel?
A; Yep! We're based in Cincinnati, Ohio but would love to travel somewhere new with you!
Q: When should we hire a planner?
A; If not the first vendor you hire, a planner should be one of the first vendors you book at the beginning of your planning journey.
